Top location, welcoming room and staff were eager to help. Conveniently located for us. And so close to restaurants, downtown. Glorious view, a tiny balcony, lovely bed, too. The swim-up bar in the hotel had lots of local cocktails and wines throughout the day.

elegant decoration in the rooms, super location. all in all it's tidy place, they have comfy beds. located in 5 minutes' walk from chicago tube station.

There is hair in some places.

Obliging staff, smooth check-in and exquisite bar. Astonishing breakfast, courteous service. I got free upgrade and loved it. Spectacular location around 10-15 minutes walk from an art museum. Hotel offered free wifi in the reception.
